WHO WE ARE

Jordan and Shelby Wormley are the visionaries behind W.E. & Company. As a married couple in Central Pennsylvania, they love being around family and engaging with their community. With a combined education and background in communications, media studies, and photography, Jordan and Shelby are inspired by storytelling. Shelby’s profession and hobby behind the camera influenced the two of them to capture people and their stories.

They love meeting and connecting with new people. As the “we” in W.E. & Company, they work closely with people to tell their captivating and honest stories, so they’re always in good company.

ABOUT WE

W.E. & Company is a storytelling platform based out of Lancaster Pennsylvania, that allows people to tell their stories in their own way and by their own terms. Through well-crafted visual strategies, every person is given their own platform no matter what background or avenue of life they come from. As a company, we are advocates for a strong community and strive to provide a safe place for inclusive and diverse storytelling. Every story is worth hearing which is why you'll steer us in the direction to best tell your tale, not the other way around. W.E. & Company hopes to build partnerships with all capacities of the community including businesses and neighbors.

There's a void between the real stories found in communities and the stories depicted on traditional news. — Stories that dont give people a chance to fully or accurately share their story. We’re changing that. We want to relinquish the “why me” response when people are approached about telling their story. Why not introduce the community to a story that reflects who you truly are? We help people feel comfortable and confident in telling their story. When we accomplish wholesome storytelling in the community, people become less of strangers and more like company.
